Returns and Exchanges Policy

Cancellations 

After you place an order you are only allowed to cancel your order after 5 days have passed, for any reason. We ask that you are 100% certain before ordering, that means communication with friends and family and looking at other online sources before ordering. If you cancel within the 5-day NO-cancellation period, you will be blocked from our service. 

After your item is acquired, you are not allowed to cancel. If you change your mind or acquire your item somewhere else, it is your responsibility to cancel before the item is acquired. Failure to pay an invoice after an item is acquired will have you blocked from our services. 

Exchanges and Returns 

Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate exchanges or returns under any circumstances. Prior to placing your order, we encourage you to gather as much information as possible about your desired items to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Item 

In the event of loss, theft, or damage to your item during transit, responsibility lies with the postal service, necessitating a filed claim. Please notify us promptly to initiate the process. Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

For damaged items, it’s crucial to retain all packaging materials and the damaged items themselves, as photographic evidence is required for claims.

Please note that product defects or issues fall under the purview of the manufacturer. We do not assume responsibility for the production practices of Disney World or Universal Orlando.
