How To Shop
The Magic Shopper offers personalized shopping services exclusively for Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando theme parks. Our dedicated team can procure any item available for sale within these parks and have it shipped directly to your doorstep. Once your order is placed, our shoppers will search for your desired item. You will receive an invoice once the item has been successfully acquired.
Please note that, as a personal shopper service and not a retail store, all orders are sourced directly from the park locations. We do not maintain any inventory ourselves.
How To Order
- Reach out to us via Instagram, Facebook, or the Wishlist form on our website to express your interest in a particular item. We will contact you via email.
- To initiate an order, a $10 deposit per item will be charged. In the event that your desired item is not located within 14 days, you have the option to cancel your order, and the full deposit will be promptly refunded.
- Once your item is successfully acquired, we will send invoice for the remaining balance. Please ensure the invoice is settled within 24 hours to complete your order process seamlessly.
- When ordering multiple items, please note that they may not be acquired simultaneously and could be invoiced separately. PLEASE NOTE: If you haven’t heard from us, it means your item has not yet been available to be acquired yet!
- Once your order is paid, we’ll ship your item within 7 days using USPS or UPS
Pricing
Prices listed include price of item, taxes, payment processing fees, packaging, US shipping and insurance and payment for our shoppers time and effort.
Payment
We facilitate payments through Stripe, sending invoices for both the deposit and remaining balance directly to your email. Payments can be made using debit or credit cards, CashApp, and Apple Pay, without the need for a mobile app. Invoices are to be settled within 24 hours of receipt.

Stock Levels
Please understand that we do not carry any stock and certain items may not be in stock when you order. Acquiring items from the theme parks can take one day or weeks, all depending on stock levels.
If you need your item by a certain date it has to be stated at time of ordering.
Cancellations
If you decide to change your mind or purchase your item elsewhere after the 14-day no-cancellation period, please remember to inform us and cancel your order. Failure to do so will result in a suspension from our service, with the forfeiture of your deposit. It’s important to note that once your item is acquired, cancellations are no longer possible. Cancellations BEFORE the 14 day no-cancellation period will forfeit deposit payment.
Given our cancellation policy, we kindly request that you be 100% certain before proceeding with your order. This entails exploring all available online options and consulting with friends and family prior to making your order.
You will remain on the order list until your item is either cancelled by you or acquired.
If your order has yet to be fulfilled and you’re still within the 14-day no-cancellation window, you do have the option to transfer your deposit to another item.
Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 7 days of payment receipt, shipped via USPS or UPS with utmost care. In the rare event of damage or loss please be aware all of our packages are shipped with insurance, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy detailed HERE. All orders are provided with shipping confirmation and tracking details, conveniently sent to your email via ShippingEasy.
We also offer front desk delivery to all Disney World Resorts.
For international shipping, rates begin at $15 and vary based on the specific address and item. Please note that shipping costs do not cover any taxes or duties imposed by your country upon delivery. To calculate accurate shipping costs, we require your complete address.
Expedited shipping options are also available for an additional fee.

We operate solely as a personal shopper service, refraining from selling, re-selling, or maintaining any inventory. Our shoppers exclusively procure items ordered by our clients, adhering strictly to merchandise limits set by the theme parks. Consequently, acquiring highly sought-after items may take some time. We appreciate your patience as we uphold rules and strive to maintain fairness for all.
